Has anyone encountered this situation?
In my My USCIS mailbox, all the letters are gone.

Letters should be under documents directly in the related case, not in the mailbox.

I have that problem as well, and have sent them messages twice on yesterday, that are not showing in my inbox either.  I sent one of them to tech support, and when I awakened this morning and checked my email, I was informed that I had a message from USCIS well after hours, and when I went into my USCIS account, all I’m shown is a LEGAL DISCLAIMER, and no messages, or responses.  And it still shows in red, that I have 1 messages in my inbox, even after I’ve opened it countless times, and saw nothing, but the Disclaimer.

And all the messages were previously showing, IN MY INBOX up until early yesterday.  So, there is indeed a problem, I just don’t know what it is at the present moment.  But do intend to find out once they open this morning.  My messages have NEVER been under DOCUMENTS, but in my INBOX, where I send and receive messages.

I have called, no resolution, sent multiple messages, still no resolution.  So, I sent a final message this evening, and am waiting to see if it gets resolved by tomorrow.  I did receive two emails, from them, and the alerts show in red on the menu, but when I go into my inbox, it is still completely blank, yet it still shows an alert in red for the two messages from them, whenever I close my inbox.  Apparently, they are trying to resolve it, but I am just unable to find out anything, since nothing is showing in my inbox.  Will update whenever I get positive feedback and a resolution!  Good luck everyone!

Ok so finally I reached USCIS services team. They told me that there is an issue with messages affecting many users on the USCIS portal and they are working on solving the issue.

They did not give a timeline on when this could be sorted and advised to login again in couple of days and check.
