I didn't see any request for this document when I sent everything to NVC so I didn't send it (submitted May 15).  I just sent it today figuring it can't hurt.  I did accidentally upload it to the AoS section of her application.  Realized this and then sent it again to the Additional Documents section of the Civil Documents.

1) Is this document needed for CR2?  It wasn't requested.  It was attached to my wife's CR1 uploads.

2) Will it be a problem if I uploaded it twice - one incorrectly to AoS and once to Civil Documents?

Shouldn’t be an issue.. even if it wasn’t asked for.

May or may not be requested at NVC stage but it should already be in the file.  It was required when you filed the petition for the step child.
