Hi,

need urgent help!!!!!!

On May 22, 2020, the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) transferred your Form I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER, Receipt Number **********, to the USCIS office that made the original decision on your case. That office will mail you our decision or send you a request if it needs something from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

what does it mean ?

does it mean my case is denied ?please help

It's unclear what any decision would be.  This sounds like an administrative action, sending your application back to the original office so that they can be the ones to notify you of what was decided.

Thank you for your reply. So it means that my case could have been denied or approved or remanded? Will i be getting any mail regarding the decision from AAO?

Did you appeal i 140 decision ? Looks like they sent it back to uscis and you will get an official letter.

Thank you for your reply.

Yes i had appealed for I 140 decision. Am i going to get official letter of the decision of my case from AAO or USCIS is going to review my case again?

Thanks

Either way, seems like you have to wait.... I know how long and frustrating that can be.

Was your case in Nebraska or Texas? How long did the first adjudication take (before rfe or denial)? Thanks so much for the input.
