Would appear the new normal includes appointments rather than walk-in

I guess making an appointments is better than walk ins. Just my opinion, soo it could limit people getting in and out of the facility for social distancing.

Let's hope they get Philippines open back up, Manila will be the key in this.  Encouraging to see they have set a June 8th date and actually made a commitment as of now.

I would think that it will still depend if MECQ will be lifted on 31st in NCR. With USEM still closed, considering Trump’s Proclamation of 60 days suspension, I would think that SLEC will only process medical to those not affected by the proclamation or visa’s other than US.

That is going to be a mess and slow as molasses.

Not a newbie but lost my old info years ago) I have been through this process before --all the way through naturalization-- This site has always been a great help to me.

Then that means the pre-pandemic process was untypical Philippines,  how did anyone allow that happen for so long?  I guess we need more pandemics to correct all this stuff

YMMV
