Travel from Germany to the US

I might be able to catch a flight from Lebanon to Germany (transit)to the US.

will i be able to do so if i hold an IR1 visa?

did anyone try doing this before?

Spouses of US citizens are not included in the travel ban so yes. You will just have to quarantine for 14 days on arrival in the US

Should I be scared of them not knowing this info (that i am exempted) And not letting me board the flight? If so, what do you suggest me doing

They deal with this everyday and have so for 2 months.   Me thinks they know

No federal law on 14-day "quarantine"; it's recommended: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/from-other-countries.html
