Life insurance matters

My wife and I are trying to sign up for life insurance. The company that we are familiar with and use for the rest of our insurance needs has told us they only offer life insurance to individuals that have lived in the U.S. for 2 or more years. Are you aware of any companies that will provide life insurance to an individual who has lived in the U.S. less than 6 months?

Mass Mutual issued a policy on Mary about 1 week after she entered.

She also got a term life policy at her work.

Ok we will check that insurance company too .

Go to an independent agent.  They will do all the leg work for free.

GodsEye, Insurance is administered on a state-by-state basis.  What works for someone in Massachusetts might not be what works for someone in New Mexico.  An independent broker can look at many different companies in your state and find something that will cover you that you can afford.  You don't pay them - the insurance companies do.

Good luck!
