Just the update on my case. I have called NVC and they have provided me the case number and invoice id over phone. I might receive an email anytime soon. Thank you guys for your help and support.

I am trying to make a fee payment in ceac but total invoice amount is shown as $0 and not able to select any option from checkbox. 

I have completed DS-261 and still not able to make a payment. Have anyone of you face the same issue ?

did you select option 1c in the I824 form and filled the Dependents section with your spouse/kids information?

@drmsapna: My lawyer has completed the step before I made the payment and  Required amount was reflected when I logged into the ceac account.

@mazzi   I have selected 1.c from the part 2 on the I-824 form. I filled the dependent section with my spouse information.

if I remember correctly the application fee was available to me from the beginning.

3 possible explanations:
1) USCIS didn't process your I824 correctly for some reason (I really hope that's not the case)

2) the application fee is not applicable because of your expedite reason

3) since your case is expedite it will go directly to the consulate and you will pay the application fee there directly

 

anyway I'd try to call and ask NVC

on another note, is your spouse name showing under the "Applicant Name" from the above screenshot?

If so, then you should be good

@mazzi Thank you for the information. I will call NVC on Monday and hope it will be resolve soon.

I think the fees etc. do not show up until they update your Agent
