Hi and good luck to all here

We are getting our paperwork together this days to send our i-129f packet and would like to check with the members here who sent thier petitions before :) . Here is what we have :

- Cover letter .

- I-129f form signed and dated.

- G-325a form for both of us signed and dated and 2 passport photos .

- 2 Letters of intent to marry for me and my fiancee.

- Copy of my fiancee birth certificate .

- Copy of my fiancee divorce decree.

- Copy of my fiancee passport and entry and exit stamps and her ticket and boarding passes, and 10 photos for us together and with family for proof of having met in person in the past 2 years.

- emails ,letters, screen shoots for our daily online chatting and webcams for ongoing relationship as its in the guide.( is it neccesary or its just something Optional).

is there any thing else we forgot about it??? :help:

Thanks in advance

any thing else other than copies???

First, don't forget the check in the amount of $170.00 USD. Second, I-129F Supplement: Part B, Question 18, explanation of meeting in person. Third, you stated you have a copy of your fiancee's birth certificate, you need a copy of your birth certificate, because you are the petitioner. Also, T-R-I-P-L-E check the forms! Then, have someone you trust look over the forms with a fresh pair of eyes . Pay special attention to signatures, and items such as fiancee's name in native alphabet. Compare them against the example forms on this website. Finally, relax.....it'll all work out.

There's no form - you can just write/type it onto a separate sheet and attach it to the form. You can write however much or little seems appropriate - some people have just put a very brief sentence, others have gone into great detail... we just wrote a few lines with a very brief outline of how we met and the time we'd spent together over the previous two years. There's no hard and fast rule as to how it should be done.

I'd second/third the suggestion to take a copy of the whole package before you send it... aside from anything else, it will be VERY useful when you suddenly worry hours/days/weeks later that you might have left something out/made an error somewhere on one of the forms - you will have an exact copy you can double-check at any time! No matter how many times I went over mine before sending it, it didn't stop me waking up in the night wondering whether I'd got my own date of birth wrong, or something...

Good luck with it... it's a good feeling when you've finally got it all mailed off! :)

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

Proof of citizenship for the USC. This could be a copy of the passport (all pages, even the blank ones) or a birth certificate (full version).

17th March 2010 - Started the removal of conditions process

22nd March 2010 - Application received by CSC

30th April 2010 - Biometrics appointment

For the USC you either submit copies of the passport OR front and back copies of the birth certificate so you should be fine :) You may want to put a note that the back is blank (my birth certificate had some instructions on the back).

Good luck and welcome to the waiting :)
