I am putting together the documents for Affidavit of Support I864 for me the petitioner and got the document from my son for I864A.  It requests that I submit an 1099 tax form.  So do I not submit the W2 along with the 1040 form. Please for your guidance.

Send either of the below when submitting 

1) tax transcript or

2)1099 & W2

AOS Journey

  • I-485 etc filed 23 April 2020 
  • NOA1 I-485 June 3 2020 
  • NOA1 EAD 23 April 2020
  • Biometrics 5 Jan 2021
  • EAD approved 12 March 2021
  • Interview Completed 24 March 2021
  • EAD Card Received 1 April 2021  
  • Case under review 2 April 2021
  • New Card is Being Produced 25 September 2021
  • 10 Year Green Card Approved and Mailed 27 September 2021 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

The only thing I would add is do not mix 1 and 2 from @Duke & Marie‘s post, one or the other.

N400 Approved:  2018-04-10

Oath Ceremony:  2018-06-11 - DONE!!!!!!!

Agreed it’s option 1 or 2 not both or combo of
