My journey is finally over. 🥳

Kansas City, MO

Applied April 14, 2020

Bio reuse April 19, 2021

Interview July 2, 2021

Oath Scheduled for July 23, 2021

Pleasant officer. Straight forward interview. Q&A first (6/6), then a few questions about my trips outside USA (how many trips, why to those countries, who did you visit), and my educational background and current profession.  Then we went over most of the yes/no questions at the end of the N400 form and I was asked to read and write 1 simple sentence on an ipad and that’s it.

Thanks to everyone for the posts and support. It helped me stay sane during this painful process.

Good luck to everyone in the queue.

Yes. "Due to the type of case we are unable to provide any information at this time". Really??

So my case became officially out of normal processing time on Wednesday. Submitted a request and was told that " your case is resolving processing checks. When you are scheduled, you will be notified by mail". I guess that's what I have been waiting to hear for 15 months!? You would think they would tell you something after all these months! Is the ombudsman more helpful than this, anybody, or is it going to be the same old, tired stuff?

So, I’m on the same boat. Three months after processing time. I involved my senator And the response was absolutely cringe to say the least. “ your Constituents case is within processing time”, which is 100% false.
