Is the USCIS still operational?

I apologize if this has already been asked before (I did check but I'm new to the forum and maybe didn't go back far enough).

I understand that the USCIS is not operating normally and is certainly not allowing for in-person services as indicated on the website, but I'm wondering if things are still being processed at all?

My fiance and I sent in our I-129F back in late January and received our first NOA that it had been received and was moving on to the next stage. I know the petition approval stage does take the longest, but I cant find a definitive answer anywhere on whether things are operational at this level (ie. internal). I'm not even sure where I would direct this question either if I were to attempt to contact someone at the USCIS.

COVID-19 is an ever-evolving beast and I appreciate that, I'm just wondering if anyone has any information on any of this?

Service centers are still operational.

That said, CSC (where I-129Fs for a K-1 are handled) is likely running at reduced processing as many workers are in shelter in place orders.

So yes, things are running still, but additional patience will be needed.

Still running and operating. Many people are reporting approvals in the last few days. So, hopefully it'll continue to operate. The "closures" are for in-person interviews.

I learned the hard way, I hope YOU don't have to. Advice: learn, learn, learn.

NOA2's are being assigned and shipped to NVC who are still assigning case number and shipping cases to embassies BUT only those embassies that are excepting new cases. Some embassies have a slight staff, that this isn't a priority for them.
