Ok I am confused exactly how to fill this in. I need to add additional employers from page 4. Each employer section has a new numbers on that page. So i am not sure what “part number” and “item number” to write? Would i say part number “2” and then add an item numbers and letters? If you look at page 4 there are a lot for just one job. I also need to do this for page 2 and add additional address history. Detailed info would help as this is the last thing i need to do and my packet is complete. Thanks!

I am filing for my Wife and Her sons. On their petitions at this point on page 6 info about beneficiaries family. Would this be mother brother and I? Or it actually states spouse and children. So the leave it blank?

Here it asks if the beneficiary was ever in the United states. Answer is yes. 46a class of admission. I am guessing B2 visa? And then i-94 arrival departure record number. We can’t find it... date of arrival and departure. Well there have been many. Or is this for if they are still in the Usa and i can leave it all blank besides passport number and expiration?

You are your spouse's husband.  Put your information first and indicate spouse or husband, on your spouse's I-130.  Then do the same for each of her children whether they are immigrating with her or not.  You will need a separate I-130 form for each of YOUR stepchildren than are coming.  Those children will not have a spouse or children, so ( on their respective forms) just put NONE in the first blank of that section and leave the rest blank.

Read the line right above question 46a. Questions 46a-d only have to be completed if the beneficiary is currently in the US.

Relax, take a deep breath, and slowly go through each form. Most questions are self-explanatory. It also helps to download the instructions; you may find useful tips in there. Good luck!

I am still seeking the answer to my first question if anyone can help. This is the last page

I would just enter the range of items (42-45), if you can make it all fit in the space provided.

Thanks I have all my answers. I will be finishing and organizing my petition tonight. Then I’ll write my cover letter and put tabs at the bottom. I appreciate everything
