So I was employed in the US from June 2016 to June 2017. Do I have to provide the IRS transcript for 2017?

If the you’re the petitioner and working with insurance coverage from the employer, he or she may add the beneficiary to the employment’s health insurance

unfortunately the petitioner in our case is the medical student, so we have to find the other solution

Only for CR1/IR1 it appears.

A K1 benificiary will do the I-944 at AOS.

Unfortunately that was my view to, until we have had some K-1's turned away with a 221(g) for the DS-5540. So I take the stance of completing it regardless what your visa type is in the event that it is asked for. If not used, they can hang on to the document to use to transfer the information over to the I-944 at AOS.

Working off of the assumption that K1 beneficiaries should fill out the DS 5540 for their interview, is there a de facto requirement that the beneficiary must immediately have health insurance?  I'm the petitioner and was planning on adding her to my health insurance once we are married.  Do I have to demonstrate that she will be insured for the few weeks before that?

This whole change is so poorly explained by the government... what a surprise.

Thanks

Yes same concerns here. There is an option of getting a short term insurance, but not sure if that’s worth to do. Maybe there is a chance to get around it until marriage and then having spousal insurance

So at the interview will be required both    I-944 form and the DS-5540, or just the DS-5540?

Ds-5540

@Ali&Ed: from my understanding:

I-944 = you are already in USA and now processing your green card.

I-5540 = You are going to face local USA embassy for interview.

as @Muhirwa&flowers suggested, you should contact to local USA embassy if they need I-5540 form from you during interview time.

Yes I contacted it already

DS-5540 part 4 ....... Who must fill that? Petitioner or beneficiary?

Me beneficiary, I had nothing to do with US, working or anything like that ..... also like somebody else said here, my fiancé petitioner will add me to his health insurance plan once we’re marry.

Beneficiary fills out the DS-5540 but I recommend the two of you work together to complete the information asked for. If it asked for an item, and you are the beneficiary, and you do not have the item in question then enter N/A or leave blank to explain at the interview. DO NOT assume that it doesn't include the beneficiary as this document is about the beneficiary not the petitioner. Good luck.

I came along a really annoying issue.. I can't remember the address that was on my last tax transcript from 2017

I tried to request the online transcript and they "blocked" the account because I tried couple of addresses but none were successful

Anyone knows what to do now?
