How old is the daughter?

not many people would offer to leave their kid behind for someone they just met, without a green card being involved, most cases even with it being on offer. Just saying. Maybe you can offer to move to Morocco so she doesn’t have to leave her child behind.

she has family in canada and told me she can easily come there if she wanted.

Really? With her parents in Morocco and obviously not a spouse, what kind of family visa would Canada offer that works  here?

if I were you I’d not rush into anything. Keep visiting, take it slow. Make sure everything is what you think. Many genuine love stories out there, also many that aren’t. Make sure you know which yours is before taking drastic steps.

Faster? You’ve only just arrived. Do you usually consider marriage on the first date?

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

I don’t know how long you guys have been a thing before you visited and frankly it’s none of my business, but in general it might be good to take it a bit slower.

Other than that, to answer you question: if your goal is to be together K1 is currently faster, you’d have to marry in the US after her arrival  but keep in mind that you’ll still have to file for AOS while she’s here and it takes a while before she can work and travel out of the country. If you want everything to be set once she arrives here then CR1 is the way to go.
