I have chosen the option register for interview(fiance, spouse, and child). Now it’s asking me for DS-160 number to register, what is that? Is this the same as DS-260 number, I am confuse. DS-160 are for non immigrant visas. Consulates tend to have different methods of how to register for Home Delivery. Usually the delivery and payment for home delivery can be done on ustraveldocs.com, but some consulates may be different.

I suggest you read there for more info on delivery and courier services.

Your London Instructions to register your interview (and courier) are on this page way at the bottom.

Start at

Case processed by National Visa Center (NVC)

and continue to the end of the page to

Step 2 is what you’re looking for.

I was selecting the wrong option, I figured it out now. The only things is that an error message appear saying this case number is not ready for appointment. This is weird as I have an appointment date.

Give it a day and try again. It will recognize your case number when the system is ready for you to proceed.
