NVC Started, can pay all fees right away?

Hello all, 

 

I am the US citizen petitioner and have just had my case number assigned by the NVC for my wife in the Philippines. I was able to login to the CEAC portal and see what I can do now. Just had a quick question. 

 

It looks like both the IV and AOS fees are already available to pay and i have to pay before i can submit any forms or documentation. So it's true i don't have to wait and pay in a certain order, i can just pay everything at once? 

 

Seems much faster than what the guide on this site shows. Thanks!

you can pay everything now .

Don’t forget to print the receipt . 
 

it can take few days to sho « paid » . Once it’s the case you can start uploading documents.

Yes that helps, thanks so much for your reply! Maybe they have streamlined the process and made it faster I hope.

i hope for you !! 
be sure to have everything uploaded the right way(PDF) the good size . ( less 2 MB for each document) 
if you think something can be useful on what you submit even if they don’t ask for it . Give it to them for them to not ask you and this paper after 2 months and put you under review a second time .
