I'm a US citizen and am petitioning for my sister, her husband and two kids. From reading the guides, I only need to submit one I-130, but what additional evidence should I submit?

1. Copy of my US Passport

2. Mine and her birth certificate

3. Her marriage certificate to her husband

4. Her kid's birth certificates

5. Photocopy of each passports

Thanks!

proof that you are a USC and of your relationship to the sibling (such as birth certificates with a common parent). Don’t need the rest of it yet, just list the derivatives in the appropriate section.

in the 15 years or so till they can get visas, you will all have new passports, they may have more children/children may have aged out/she may have divorced/who knows, anything can happen in 15 years.
