I just asked her, and yes, she said she filed DCF. Hopefully those of us still waiting get lucky this week.

Yes, we’re DCF filers too. My wife is in the same Facebook group you mentioned.

crossing my fingers that we get some good news soon. To be waiting literally almost 7 months is just not fair.

I'm looking forward to my sit in protest at the embassy .

From the looks of it the appointment slots for my sons birth registration and passport become available some time after I finish work on Wednesday but are usually all gone before 20:00. When I checked last week they had released them early as they were all gone by 17:00, typical. Going to try AGAIN this week to get an appointment. I will not be leaving that embassy until I have spoken to someone about my LND number. Ill let you know when I get my appointment date and when it is. I will also mention that there are several of us all waiting.

Good luck.

Looking at what has been reported here regarding timelines for LND Numbets in the last 24 hours, you will need plenty luck.

Our Approval date was June 29, 2020. We are still waiting........

Nuthin.......😔

So I rechecked my docs for interview (again!!). This is the list. Will all on my list be required? Have I missed anything?

Had a look at the thread started by os306 and perhaps the items on my list here will do the trick.

My list may be overkill but the last thing I want is to need a paper and not have it. Would rather have it and not......you get the message😂😂😂

Current & Valid Passport (Beneficiary) + 1 Copy of Photo Page

Current & Valid Passport (Petitioner) – Copy of Photo Page

Photographs x 2 (Beneficiary)

Date of Interview Document + 1 Copy

Courier Confirmation Page + 1 Copy

Birth Certificate (Beneficiary) + 1 Copy

Marriage Certificates (Beneficiary) + 1 Copy Divorce Certificate (Beneficiary) + 1 Copy Marriage Certificate (Petitioner) + Translation Spanish to English + 1 Copy

Divorce Certificate (Petitioner) + Translation Spanish to English + 1 Copy

Police Certificate UK + 1 Copy

Police Certificate Foreign Country & Translation German to English + 1 Copy

Court & Prison Records N/A

Military Records + 1 Copy

Evidence of Support (i-864) + 1 Copy

Tax Records + 1 Copy

Visa Fee – Debit Card

DS-260 - submitted electronically + 1 Copy

That will be a heck of a lot of paper. All single pages with no back to back, of course.

Looks like you've got it covered. Are you using a joint sponsor? If so, you would also need to provide evidence of your joint sponsor's US citizenship/legal permanent residence status. If you're using their income to fulfil the financial requirements, then it would be a good to bring a letter from their employer, and evidence of pay stubs.

Not quite sure yet about the Sponsor. If my wife goes back to US before me, we shouldnt need a Joint Sponsor. Alternatively, if we were to require a Joint Sponsor, my mother in law would step forward. However she is retired, not sure if this circumstance would satisfy US Immigration? Her pension income considerably exceeds the minimum requirement.

On another point, would my UK Govt pension be included in the calculations?

Will your wife have a US job or income or enough assets to meet the requirements as sole Sponsor?

Are you already receiving the UK pension as regularly scheduled income?
is mother-in-law single or married?

If you need a joint sponsor, your mother-in-law’s pension income is totally acceptable. Some kind of pension letter stating monthly amount and for how long she will receive it (life?) would be used much like an employer’s letter. She also needs to provide one tax return + 1099-R (or a transcript). And proof of her US citizenship (or LPR status). With a joint sponsor you need two I-864s, one from the spouse petitioner and one from the joint sponsor.
