Do you kno how long it usually takes to get the RFE in the mail?

No one can say with any certainty how long but under normal times it's been 2-3 weeks.

I tend to agree with @Sarge2155 that comparing only brings on stress. Here are links to the apps

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

Yes, you can follow cases similar to yours. You have to download one of the case tracker apps. Then you can type in your wac number to pull yours up. Then add more cases similar to your receipt number by changing up the last few numbers. If yours end in 1000 for example, search 1001, 1002, 1003 and so on. You can also search up to 500 cases in the search section and from the list pick the ones with similar receive dates and make sure they are i129f petitions

Did you send court records with the initial submission or did they want more?

@GreenbaumIs there a thread anywhere for people with RFEs?

This subject is talked about throughout VJ's different forums but there is not a dedicated forum for RFE's. You can do a search by using the search function in the upper right hand corner of this page.

Is there a question you have about RFE's.

No questions yet. But I just wanted to see what other people’s experiences have been with them. Also curious of what kind of evidence has been requested from others. Just want a place where I can see those kinda topics.

Have the new estimated processing times for k-1 post covid-19 been discussed yet?

Are you referring to the entire process NOA1 to K1 visa or only the I129F approval?
