Consulate Review: Juarez, Mexico
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description

Embassy Review : Process was fairly quick for the most part and they are pretty nice as long as you follow the rules. Got asked for standard documents, nothing out of the ordinary and some questions in spanish to verify my associate to the case then a couple questions in english to verify my relationship. I messed up my ds160, so I had to go back to the hotel to print a new ds160, they gave me a fast pass to get back to the consulate same day and finish up. All in all very nice experience, took around 3-3:30 hours, arrived at 7:15 AM
Rating : Very Good

Hey there congrats on the case moving forward. I am not too familiar with the Pompeo vs Milligan, were you a part of this, or is the Juarez embassy resuming interviews? I'm keeping hope and glad to see some kind of movement!!

Hey! Did you expedite your interview on the embassy stage? Because as it shows on the gov website, Juarez ciudad embassy is only for emergency appointments.

No expedite other than being a plaintiff in the K1 visa lawsuit

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
