Hi, hope someone can help me with this. I am trying to get online records of my fiancé arrival to the US ( I-94), but after entering all his info results come back as " no records found". I am very confused because when checking his history  records to port of entry results show the date and POE. my question is how soon after arrival to the US electronic form I-94 available online? Thank you

Try removing some letter of the end of the name. If you still can't get it, contact CBP and they'll fix it. They probably put their name wrong in the system.

My very last name was put in the system as Sil instead of Silva.

Same thing happened to me.  I just used the I-94 stamp in my passport and attached an explanation about not being able to get it online.  No issues with doing that and my green card was just approved last week.  So I think you’re safe to do it that way also.  Good luck.

Grudgingly I have to admit that the current electronic I-94 program is likely better than the previously employed paper document system. When my family immigrated to the US, a paper Form I-94 was prepared by the CBP officer at their POE It took CBP over six weeks to input my wife's data from the paper form to their SAVE computer system. As a consequence, she was unable to obtain a SSN until her data was inputted into the system. If you think that USCIS can sometimes be unresponsive..... there is a part of CBP that is an amorphic, somewhat clandestine organization, with no way for the general public to contact. So, I guess that there have been improvements made in the immigration system, albeit at a glacial pace.

YMMV.

Good luck on your immigration journey.
