This guy knew the law.  His father knew the law.  Using a falsified birth certificate for chain migration?  No.  These games that are being played with our laws have to stop and be stopped and every single benefit ever obtained needs to be stripped away.

You are claiming he knew birth certificate was false.

The man served his country in the Navy and that needs to count for something.

Sounds like he was in the US Navy.

I did not claim he knew his birth certificate was false.  When it was discovered I did say that he knows the law and he knows the consequences of breaking it.

I did state that his father knew the birth certificate was false.

Serving in the Navy is a free pass to violate the law?  It is not.  They should have cleared up the birth certificate scams  along the border decades ago.  It is about time they addressed this.

No one is asking for us brother's petition to move forward. He should have a path to stay and naturalize.

And then sponsor his brother?

For those who choose to follow and respect the law there are many paths to stay and naturalize.

I didn't say that. I said there should be a path for him to stay here, his country.

He voted, so that further complicates things.  The link above has a <20 minute documentary as well.

Short version he was born in Mexico and his parents got him a fake birth certificate. Quite common back in the day.
