Hi Ollie,

Yes he submitted everything online (he is the US petitioner. I am the UK beneficiary). I created a document with pictures from every single day time we have visited over the past 3 years and then our wedding day in sept. That’s all I submitted (it was pretty long). He had to submit each page separately though as there is a file limit upload. We took pictures of all our other documents and uploaded them as a pdf photo.

good luck!

Hey Hannah,

Thanks for the info. We are in a similar boat as she is the US petitioner and I am a UK beneficiary. I too gathered a lot of pictures and was apprehensive to send too many so glad to hear yours was also pretty extensive! Since I posted the question I actually found what appears to be a good guide for online filing on the USCIS website: https://www.uscis.gov/file-online/tips-filing-forms-online

Best of luck with everything!!!

Ollie

Hi Hanna,

I just completed paperwork but I’m trying to do online but I’m unable to write in address section to “Present” just accept (MM/DD/YYYY)

Could you please explain? I will appreciate it.

We filed online on Friday night as planned, and I was actually really impressed and would highly recommend! For that question we left it blank as it has no end date. So much easier to have everything online and less worry about things getting lost etc!!

Hello Hannah,

Did you end up scanning all your photos(passport and evidence) and submitting them online?

Also regarding the date, are you sure if it is present, we should just leave it blank?

Thanks

Do you have any updates on your online application? I would appreciate an update with your process. I have filed I-130 online for my husband today. I was hesitant to do it online but I did it anyways. Fingers crossed that I did everything right.

Hello Hannah, moved to this topic because I’m interested in more information about filling online. So, how did you guys do to put the date on the pictures and the people on it? Or you just uploaded them without writing anything on them?
