I'm filling out the paperwork for AOS and have 2 questions:

1. What to put as reason for wanting AP

2. We do not and will not have any joint bankaccounts, cars, house etc ..  I guess I can be put on the bills .. I am on his health insurance and car insurance .. anything else??

Background: I'm from Denmark, arrived 08/22, got SSN, married 10/21 at courthouse no reception, guests.

1. Having a reason to travel doesn't apply to K1 AOSers. Remember that all types of applicants use the same I131 (Re entry permits, Advanced Parole from other categories etc.).

2. You do not need to submit evidence of bonafide marriage with I485. Thats for the interview. All you need is a photocopy of your MC.
