Hello,

Anyone able to direct me to any helpful/supportive FB groups for CR1/IR1 spouses of Cuban nationals? My husband--currently in the island--and I are awaiting for our case to be completed by NVC. I am completely in despair after reading so many comments about the wait time for an interview in Guyana. I'd appreciate any help in finding groups in FB. VJ has been so helpful, but i feel like there's only a handful of cases of folks with loved ones in Cuba.

As an update for everyone. It's my 9th month waiting for interview. Case complete in December 2018 is still going strong , there's still a bunch of cases that have yet to be assigned interviews so that means next month would be the 4th month they've been stuck on December. It's not hard to believe when there's only 3 or 4 interviews a month being assigned for CR1. I am trying to be optimistic and just telling myself it's because of the holidays but we will know if this is true next month when they give interviews for January 2020! Will keep everyone posted.
