Hi All,

I am green card holder and want to apply for my parents visit visa. Need some guidance.

I will be paying for there expenses and trip, what is required from my side. I am doing job here.

My father is retired from business and is free so how to show strong ties with home country. Both of them are in early 60s. One of my brother family lives with them in Pakistan

Is it good to apply for father then after 3 months for mother or vice versa as they say its easy for one person to get visa or should apply for both of them together.

What documents are required from both ends my side and from my parents sides.

All suggestions will be welcomed.

Thankyou

You don’t do anything. They must apply and demonstrate sufficiently   strong ties to their home country to overcome the normal assumption of an underlying immigration intent. They fill out the application DS 160.. pay fees .. attend interview

Nothing is needed from you. They will be issued the visa or not based on their individual merits.

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/tourism-visit/visitor.html

"Note: Visa applicants must qualify on the basis of the applicant's residence and ties abroad, rather than assurances from U.S. family and friends. A letter of invitation or Affidavit of Support is not needed to apply for a visitor visa. If you choose to bring a letter of invitation or Affidavit of Support to your interview, please remember it is not one of the factors used in determining whether to issue or deny the visa. "

Order and timing would not be factors. They will see that their spouse applied previously.

No documents from you.

The parents can choose to provide documents showing they intend to return home - evidence of somewhere to live, family members to care for, evidence of being able to afford the trip (probably not relevant here as you are paying for it), etc.

That said, I don't want to get the hopes up as COs very rarely ask to see documents. They cannot verify their authenticity, and it's quite easy to find somebody willing to provide whatever documents would be otherwise be considered useful.
