NVC phone recording

I'm trying to get thru to the NVC and this very annoying recording finally lets me know all reps are busy and to call back.  Does anyone know if there is another message that plays when a rep is available or do I have to listen to the annoying one all the way through to wait and hear is anyone is available?  Thanks much!!

I noticed one thing when I try to reach NVC.

when you dial the number if you don’t hear a short ring  before the message start . Hang up and try again till you hear this short ring . 
when you have it , they gonna take the call . But be patient lol most of the time we wait about an hour ( calling from France).

i know that is weird and sometimes I try like 20 times before being able to hear that aha

Thank you so much!  I went thru the NVC process 4 years ago when I brought my husband here and now we are working on bringing his daughter over.  I was shocked to hear the new message and got really confused lol!!!

I call at 7AM and always get thought, but I haven't been getting the answer I want to hear. I was approved a week ago and I am waiting for a NVC case number. So, I just need to patient.

He will soon come mi fren! This is definitely a test on our patience levels!!  Did you hear a ring before the message started or did you hear a message right away when you called? What time zone are you on to call at 7am?

I am in the Eastern Standard Zone time (Florida)... I don't remember hearing any ringing, but when he started talking I pressed 1 and then 7... and I was on hold for about 20 minutes before getting someone.

Im on hold with them now and yes there was a ringing before the recording. So glad I reached out to my VJ family!!
