Yes thank you!  Her case was received at NVC now we are waiting for response on an expedite. It was approved for the expedite thru USCIS now we want it to get right to the embassy to get her here quickly.

4AM this morning, I got an email that says my application was submitted to the Department of State. 😁🙌

Hopefully, I will hear from them soon... They mailed the information to the NVC 14 days after my I-130 approval. My I-130 was approved in 99 days

I noticed if the ring didn't happen in the beginning, you won't get thru.  You have to keep trying. This journey is definitely a test on our patience!!!  Best wishes!!
