Changed my address in USCIS AFTER mailing AOS package. Am I in trouble?

So I only remembered to change my address on the USCIS website A WEEK AFTER mailing out our AOS package. How do I know now whether they sent the NOA1s to the new address or not? 😩

Have you set up mail forwarding with USPS? That way, even if they send it to the old address, it will get forwarded to the new address.

Check if/when the payment method is redeemed (check cashed/credit card charged/whatever). A NOA1 is usually sent out within days of that, so give it a week or so. Then start calling.

I think that'll work for the NOA1 as it's sent normal mail. Just note that other mail may or may not not be forwarded to another post office as it is classified as "Official Mail".

You need to do a proper change of address (COA) with USCIS and USPS, or risk the real possibility of having delays due to incorrect addresses, mail returned when marked as "undeliverable as addressed," "do not forward" statements printed on USCIS envelopes.

Says "fingerprint fee received" on My Cases. That should do it, right?

Did both of these albeit very late. I hope this wouldn't cause us any trouble.

Although you are supposed to do it in 10 days of moving, I don't think being late will be much of an issue.  It's not something they go out of their way to verify.

True, and it is rarely posted that they did a good job  in performing their tasks. Which they try to do, given the current and correct information, and the proper tools to work with. The usual postings are about something missing, or something in error.
