USCIS doesn't recognize my receipt number

Hello everyone! I have an issue. Whenever I have tried to check the status of my I-130 on the USCIS website (uscis.gov) (where I'm supposed to type in my receipt number) it says my receipt number cannot be found. I actually call USCIS yesterday & the automated system told me the same thing. Has anyone ever had this problem? What step should I take? I will say that when I log onto my.uscis.gov/account I can use my username & password to check my status. The issue is when I try to use my receipt number.

IOE receipt numbers are not trackable.

October 7, 2018 In the USA

October 27, 2018 Green Card received 

October 29, 2018 Applied for Social Security Card - November 5, 2018 Social Security Card received

November 6th, 2018 State ID Card Received, Applied for Global Entry - Feb 8,2019 Approved.

You were supposed to get additional instructions after your NOA1 in a separate letter. on how to sign up for a MyUSCIS account, on that letter it has a code to add your petition to your account to track it. 

 


01/28/2019 - Mailed Express Mail USCIS Lockbox Phoenix

01/29/2019 - Received by Phoenix Lockbox
02/04/2019 - Receipt Notice Via Text Message assigned to Nebraska Service Center

I've figured it out... I have two different profiles on the USCIS website. One of them my case is connected to and the other is not. Thanks for all your answers!
