Hello everyone.

What if I stay in another country for 3months and return to my country for a month and go back again for another 3months..By doing that for a period of 2years, would I need a police report from the other country?

Why are you trying to purposely avoid having to get the PCC? Are you doing this because you have a police record in this country you are hinting at? Keep in mind that if you have a police record in a country you are required to submit the report regardless of how long you were present in said country

Yes because you are clearly living there even with regular vacations home.
