We just received an email notifying us that our I-129F was approved!   USCIS received it October 4th, NOA1 date was October 9th, NOA2 date is January 16th. That's 99 days from NOA1 to NOA2 a

@msrodriguez  You had the "guts" to climb this hill once before and now unfortunately you must do it again. But I see you as a stronger person because of it. Bwahahaha it's been awhile since I visited. I've been very busy at work. (Got promoted lol)

 

Anyway, We got RFE because my fiance didnt think his prior court records would come up. lol (he was shooting/hunting from a moving boat) Anyway so he got it straightened out and court docs and police report is on the way from Alaska. There are 3 cases.

 

Can someone copy paste what we need to do again, I remember the 1st thing on top is the RFE then a cover letter or table of contents and then the docs. I cant remember.\

 

Halp!!! before Corona gets me.  Lol.

 

I wish everyone safety!

Just follow the RFE instructions.  Nothing is required to put anything in any order. Just use common sense.  And yes the RFE notice should be a part of the package. I'd keep each offense together then include all in the return. It wouldn't hurt to tag each and reference in your letter to which is which. Good luck.
