Immigration. I had a Criminal lawyer when DV had happened. So Criminal Lawyer was working with State Attorney and its funny but they were both trying to help me with NO Immigration matter( because DV is Deportable) and then he offered me this program which in my County (miami -Dade) doesnt count as a Conviction. (In different counties if you sign this program its automatically Conviction but not in my place) then i've called immigration lawyer and he gave me approval about this program. After that i applied for  citizenship (both they told me that  its fine- you are good to go with this)

Well best of luck to you, things may very well work out to your best interests in the end.

At play is the GMC also since it happened less than 3 years ago...there's nothing stopping you from applying again however should it be denied based on that solely.

Still Nothing ..... 22 days Left! But what to do next after that time> ? What should i do? Call my Attorney > or what?

You can't go by the estimated time in the online case status ---- you have to go by the date of the interview.  USCIS legally has 120 days to render a decision from THAT date, not the date of estimated completion time you posted above.  Calling an attorney (if there is no decision within the next 22 days) is useless in that matter---there's no further action you can take until the 120 days have passed.

In the interim, you are able to call USCIS and request to speak to a L2 officer regarding any case status update info they may have.

I called my lawyer, if we can  make an infopass appointment , but he said " dont push them it might look suspicions " lets wait 120 days. Don't worry, relax and wait ((((

Asking for an infopass doesn't make USCIS suspicious of anything.  They get requests for infopasses every day from people.

You don't need your lawyer to attend it with you, and you're allowed to ask questions about your case---that's what the infopass is for.

Yes, you are still within the normal processing time---again USCIS has 120 days from the date of the interview to render a decision, but there's nothing wrong with inquiring about your case status beforehand, if you wish to.

Odd why your lawyer would think it "would look suspicious".  Suspicious of what, exactly??

Did you ever call USCIS to speak to a L2 officer or go for an infopass appointment as suggested earlier?

If so, what did they say?

He can look into your personal case info...this is why I'd suggested you do this back in October.  Not to worry you, but it's possible an oath letter or RFE was sent out and never reached you by mail---this is something he can confirm, as well as confirm if you are in the queue for your oath.

It's better to find out any info you can rather than sitting and not knowing...

Ok, 121 days have passed , I called to USCIS office and the officer checked my status and he said that the case is still pending ( no decision yet) I told him about 120 days and he answered me that they have from 5.5 month to 20 month waiting time . He said just wait and that’s it . Is it a new law ? Or what should I do next ?
