Do I have to send actual affidavit of support form to my fiancée to use it for interview or scanned copy would be good enough?

"wet" signature is no longer required.  When I went to my fiance's (now wife) interview, I brought a wet signature just to be safe.  Of course that was my own personal feelings.

That specific reference is to the i864 not the i134.  Some consulates still require original signature.   A local answer is needed here to be sure

Call or email the consulate. They can tell it for sure. As far as I know it is highly dependent on the consulate.

O yes I stand corrected.  for the I-134 I did have a wet signature on mine.
