k1 Visa change the name of my Partner

Your post is confusing. Is this a different fiancé? Or your fiancé wants to change their name? A marriage certificate is proof of legal name change but by the time you get a marriage certificate the K-1 visa is a distant memory as it expires the moment the person enters the country with it.

WE GOT MARRIED LAST WEEKEND AND MY I94 IS VALID UNTILL NEXT MONTH

Changing the name before getting married makes no sense now since you are already married...

The marriage certificate is a legal name change document. You can start using a married name immediately, and file the I-485 (and other related forms) using that name.

Getting an SSN in the married name is possible but difficult. The SSA tends to want to only issue a card in the name shown on your passport/visa, at least until you get an EAD.

Thank for information, may I know if need to pay  to change the name?

There may or may not be a fee to change the name on a particular document (i.e. a new driver's license usually has a fee, a new passport has a fee, a new Social Security card does not have a fee, etc.).

There is no additional fee to actually change your name...the marriage certificate already permits it. You just have to use the new name, and update documents as you can.

You can start using the married name right away. But you will more than likely need to pay to change it on a DL but not for the SSN
