Hi,  I came in US in 06/18/2016 got green card in 08/27/1016 and went back to Pakistan on 09/14/2016.

Came back on 01/11/2017 and went again on 05/05/2017.

Came back on 02/19/2018 and had one visit for 15 days from 02/27/2019 to 03/15/2019.

Is it enough time that I had stayed in US SHOULD I APPLY FOR NATURALIZATION NOW OR NOT.

Also, got my extension in 2016 which I didn’t even use came back in US within a year.

Regardless of the physical presence issue,. you probably have an issue regarding continuous residence.  You had a stay abroad over 6 months (5/5/2017 to 2/19/2018), which has a presumption of breaking continuous residence.

See https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-12-part-d-chapter-3.

For clarity, what immigrant visa type did you possess when you came to the US? And what do you mean by "extension" in 2016?
