I do not have the tax return itself, but as I mentioned, I do have the w2, tax transcript, 3 recent paystubs, letter from bank official, and will have letter from employer. I'm sure all of this will be more than sufficient, and I don't need to worry about the tax return itself, correct?

If you have the tax transcript then you have the historical covered.   They won't be interested in bank letter or employment letter

YMMV

That is still PH-NIV (non-immigrant)   ^^^^

After you start to setup your profile you must choose IMMIGRANT VISA

If you can't correct this you will have to create a NEW acct .. Which means using a different email address ... not a big deal

Hi

Im also about to create a profile so i can complete a ds-160. Im just confused per https://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/us-embassy-usem.html which i followed and bookmarked, it shows non-immigrant but per the msg above it says immigrant.

Could you please clarify. I want to do it properly the first time.

Thank you for your patience and always being generous of helping people like me.

There is a drop down menu when you start to set up the profile, from there you choose immigrant visa.   (the K-1 will be listed )
