Medical In which country?

I am currently in Canada and my application for IR5 is being processed under NVC Montreal. However due to some personal circumstances, I may have to move to NVC Mumbai (India).

1. Can I complete the medical in Canada and do the fingerprinting and interview in India?

2. If I have to do the medical in India, does it have to be in Mumbai or can I do it in Hyderabad?

3. Can the fingerprinting be done in Hyderabad or does it have to be in Mumbai?

You don’t have a choice. You complete the process at the closest Post to where you actually live. Where do you reside?

@USS_Voyager, my query is if I can complete the medical in one country and have the interview in another country?

Also, within India there are many locations where US consulate is present. However, the IR5 are interviewed only at Mumbai whereas other visa categories are interviewed at Hyderabad. Hence,  I want to know if I can schedule my fingerprint for Hyderabad or have to do it at Mumbai only.

No.  Medical in the country of interview.   Fingerprint at consulate of interview .  While India has many consulates,  Mumbai is the only immigrant Visa unit

generally you can do the medical in any cities in your country of interview as long the panel doctor is approved by local US Embassy
