Submitted mine in mid-September 2018 and is still waiting for NOA 2.

I've been following the "Case Processing Times" and it back tracks at least 3 times. Last week was processing June application and this morning...it's end of May. #######?!?! Did they somehow found some May application at the corner of the room?!?

Ours was submitted August 17, 2018 and we just got approval on August 21,2019. Seems like they are getting through August filers now so hopefully you’ll hear any day. (We were at Nebraska!)

Hi Lin,

I'm from California and still waiting for a K1 (fiance) visa. My fiance's visa interview was on August 19, 2018 in Jordan Amman, My fiance is a Syrian National.   Yet we do not have good news like yourself.  Do you mind sharing some of your experience with me?  particularly some of what you did to help your case? which embassy was your visa interview, was your visa affected by the presidential proclamation (AKA travel ban)?

Hi All,

We asked our lawyer to send an inquiry and expedite request, and the next day I received this email:

The status of this service request is:

We are unable to expedite your application at this time as according to our systems this application/petition was approved and the document was produced. Our service records indicate your document was mailed on August 27, 2019. This document has not been returned to the Nebraska Service Center (NSC). If you have not received your document within 30 days please contact us again.

Our lawyer said that it looks like we have been approved and are just awaiting the document. Our priority date was September 6th at NSC.
