Go with the transcripts. I got an RFE for sending in the copy (even though it says that’s acceptable some CO’s want the transcript I guess). Made an account for my husband online and printed it right from there. Visit the IRS website.

Thanks. So the ones online are fine? I don't have to get it mailed from the IRS?

How many years worth?

Yes. I used the transcript printed from online and only submitted one year and it was accepted

Is it tax transcripts, 1040, or w2? Just the recent one or the past 3 years?

Has anyone tried ordering via IRS online? How long does it take? Thanks

Depends on the embassy.   Being you are Philippines they still take the the most recent tax return & W-2 ... along with the I-134  (all can be emailed to your fiancee as attachments)
