We were already interviewed this July 19, 2019 at the US Embassy Manila. We had one missing document (NBI of my dad with AKA) and we were required to submit it to the US Embassy thru 2go. Then we submitted it from 2go ermita just 6 days after our interview. The US embassy already received on July 27 the document we sent. But now, August 2, we still haven't received any notifications from them. Is it normal? Or I am just panicking.

It's normal .. missing documents can easily add a couple weeks to the process.    It has only been 5 days (27th was a Saturday) .. relax

A 221g for missing documents can easily add 2-4 weeks to the processing time AFTER the document is received by the embassy.  Weekends and holidays don't count.

Patience ..     it has only been 9 days.

It's already august 16. 3 weeks since we submitted the 221g form and the required document. We also called the US Embassy Manila on august 14. The agent asked for our passport numbers, emails, interview date, and case number. She said that they will send us an update after 2 days thru email. She also said that the process of our visa will be escalated. We didn't receive any message from them today.
