Immigration Fraud catches up sometimes

Interesting article.  Says the older son was born in the US, but the name of the BC for his mom is fake because she was illegal and used a fake ID,.  She moved back to Mexico, had another son, moved back to the US, (Still illegal),  When ICE detained the boys, (the younger was deported), the mom and attorney submitted sons BC, SSN and State ID card a red flag was raised as the older son, after comparing fingerprints, found his on a Visitor Visa from years ago, and it said he was from "Mexico".  So perhaps she bought him a fake BC.  hummm....

and we are supposed to feel bad why? His mother made a series of bad decisions, but with legal paperwork to show he was concurrently mexican and american born, yet it is ICE's fault? Please ... stupidity doesn't excuse this situation and shift blame to ICE

In Ga also. I use to employ illegals that had the wrong amount of numbers in their ssn
