Be ure to update at interview tell the CO. And also when you arrive in US tell the Immigration officer make sure it's changed. Also your spouse needs to still update on USCIS.gov click on change address. And you will be using your new address when you pay for your green card online (The $220 fee)

Thank you for the details. So you mean that during the interview the consular officer will update the address where the green card will be sent in in my immigrant visa application or somewhere else?

I have read that address cannot be changed in the immigrant visa application ds260 after it got approved.

I noted that it must be updated at port of entry and while paying immigrant fees online

DS 260 is editable by the CO so yeah, as suggested, tell the CO to update the new address during the interview.

No,  not quite. USCIS often prints on the outside of their envelopes, "DO NOT FORWARD," which the USPS is obligated to follow that instruction. What will likely happen in that the mail will be delivered to the old address by USPS, and unless you have a proper Change of Address" (COA) filed with the USPS, they will return it to USCIS with a notice of "Non-deliverable as addressed." That is why it is very important to file COAs with USCIS and USPS, and hopefully avoid having your important USCIS letters returned. First, so that the USCIS uses the new current address, and USPS will likely deliver the mail to the new current address. Check with the local post office about requiring your name on the exterior of the mailbox, follow their guidelines.
