It's a tricky one, I'm almost certain you mean moving, I personally have been considering a move too but I'm going to hold off till my Citizenship is all finalized, I've heard a lot of horror stories were people figure they can leave after filing and simply pop back in for appointments.

Yep. You can.  Just check the estimated processing time for your field office. You will be asked at the  interview about any absences outside of the US that occurred after the submission of the N 400 

And make arrangements for someone to collect your mail .. don’t risk hold or redirect .. just in case something comes

My wife left for a month vacation two days after filing, but as @Lil bear mentioned check out the processing times for your local office as N400s have been processing in 5-6 months in some offices.  You also should consider the required biometrics appointment that usually comes up 4-6 weeks after filing.
