Separate coverletter:

FORM I-131 APPLICATION FOR TRAVEL DOCUMENT

  • G1145

  • Completed Form I-131

  • 2 Passport-style Photos

  • Copy of Biographical Passport Page

  • Copy of K-1 Visa in Passport and Entry Stamp

OTHER DOCUMENTS whole section not required

  • Proof of Relationship not required, only Marriage Certificate is required, additional documents will be collected and brought to the interview proving bonafide marriage. You cannot bypass a K1 AOS interview because you submit evidence now. All are interviewed.

  • Proof of Joint Bank Account not required

  • Police Certificate (again I dont know what this is for and why you think you need a PCC. Different documents are required for crimes committed by the beneficiary. A PCC is not what you need if so)

  • Approved I-129f (NOA2) you already submitted a copy with each form

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration Officer at a later date.

Basically its the same forms for each I485, I765, and I131 and in the same order. Really hard to follow your checklist.

A couple of comments:

Simplify, state your name and title, USC petitioner, then state your wife's name and title, Alien spouse, at the top of the cover letter.

Due to the large amount of material, instead of using a manila envelope, use a USPS document box, they come in several sizes, and are more sturdy. You do not want your material getting lost due to a ripped open manila envelope.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
