How did you get an employer to flie for you and what type of job is it? Thanks

I have worked with the employer so they want me there permanently. As per your other posts it seems like you are looking for an employer, however your field of study is not in demand and with your lack of work experience it will be very unlikely for you to get an immigrant visa through employment sponsorship especially because you don't have a relationship with an employer. As others have suggested you may want to look at going back to school and retraining in a more in demand field. Also another option would be to try and find an employer to sponsor you under an H1B to start off with. It's less costly for them and there is no labor certification. Good luck!

Hey, I'm CC June 3rd and just waiting for an interview at the Auckland, New Zealand consulate. Unfortunately due to the regression on the visa bulletin for EB visas i'll be waiting till at least Oct

Will your interview go ahead as scheduled? If they do I guess if you are approved you will just wait until a visa becomes available?

No I don't have an interview scheduled yet, I'm still waiting. It's likely now they won't schedule anything till Oct unfortunately. Although for those with appointments already booked I believe they go ahead and then have to send their passports back in Oct for stamping/approval

Am also CC June 12th. Was hoping to get a date in August but seems like it's going to be October now. Interview at Nairobi, Kenya.

Ohh keep us posted! I'm wondering if in September they'll book us for October and go off the new visa bulletin OR not start booking for us till October when our dates are 'current' again. Second option could result in November being more likely. I'm going to mentally plan for November so I don't get disappointed if it doesn't happen till then

Will do. I hope they book in September with October bulletin. Otherwise, I'm also focusing on November. Let's hope for the best.
