K1 Fiance Visa
Good day to everyone.Can someone help me and my fiance regarding our concern.I would like to ask if anyone of you here received a NOA2 letter hard copy but when you check the case status online its says its RFE.i check our case status online and it says on the USCIS website which is egov.uscis.gov that it's Request for additional Evidence was mailed.My fiance just got a letter in the mail yesterday our I-797 which is NOA2 hard copy letter.i would like to know what will i do next?

I got a message saying their system will be down for repair until Monday. Im not sure if that plays a part. Also on other forums people have said the same and the response is the system is sometimes slow. Hope this helps

Why do you care what the online system says,  the letter received is the official notice

It's not unusual for processes not to sync properly.  I'm thinking that your were on your way to receiving a RFE and your file was flagged but the adjudicator changed their mind and approved your case and didn't remove the flag on your status. The important item is your NOA2 which is your application approval.

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Removal of Conditions

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

Biometrics Appt. Jan 29, 2016 Biometrics Appointment Scheduled [Completed]

Take the NOA2 and run, seriously I would think that the NOA2 would be the real deal as USCIS just doesn't give those out to be giving them out. Congrats...

Citizenship Complete!
