Wife’s interview was today.

Checked in and called her exactly on time at 1315.

She was gone maybe 20min and was back with an approval. The officer interviewing was really nice.

1. Reviews N400 and only one change add our new baby boy.

2. Asked to read what states have the highest population? She wrote: the states with highest population are California and New York.

3. Then on to citizenship test:

In what month do we vote for President?*

Who vetoes bills?

What is one responsibility that is only for United States citizens?

There were 13 original states. Name three.

What territory did the United States buy from France in 1803?

During the Cold War, what was the main concern of the United States?

In what month do we vote for President?

She passed and then told her wait in the lobby after passing. The front desk will schedule for Oath Ceremony next week in 23 Oct.

So one more step and we are done!!! It was along tedious road but we traversed it without any issues.

Had my interview today and was approved at the end of the interview. Interview lasted around 20 minutes.

I was asked to wait in lobby to have oath ceremony scheduled after my interview.

@cyclone27, did they provide opportunity to register to vote and/or apply for passport at the Baltimore field office?

Voting - they didn’t have anywhere from that and no onsite passport service though they included an application in the welcome packet.

My wife got notification that her interview was scheduled! 😊  The letter isn't in her documents tab on MyUSCIS, yet, so we'll have to wait a day or so to learn of the date. This is way better than we'd hoped for, in terms of timing; we figured nothing would happen around June (though I was quietly hopeful it would be sooner). It would be awesome if the interview and oath both happened this month, but I know that's not likely.

Congratulations, this is great (and hopeful)! Did you get a notification by email, even though it's not showing on my.uscis.gov?

I applied on 3yrs rule in April 26th 2019 for N400 and had biometrics 16th may. My 10yrs GC got approved September 2019 after waiting almost 18months ( dating back April 2018 no interview was needed) . I got notice for N400 interview November 4th and got the letter soon after ( interview date Dec 10 2019). This morning I got a call from a number saying my interview is cancelled due to my file not received from Vermont. Can anyone relate to this? I’m really sad.

I'm sorry that's happened. Would you clarify: did you apply for the N400 in 2018 or 2019? You wrote 2019, but you later state waiting almost 18 months from April 2018.
