Do you fulfill the requirements to apply for naturalization yet? The criteria will vary depending on how long you've been a LPR and on what type of visa you entered the US, but my thoughts are that it will be easier to run the process as a USC than a LPR. Spouse and Fiance visas usually have the petitioner as a USC so this may be the cause of the delay.

Good for you!  Naturalization has such a wide variation of times.  We are doing ROC right now and the general consensus is that a pending petition or application that overlaps with the N400 may (or may not) lengthen the process. I think you did the right thing getting the N400 files. Hopefully it won't be much longer. I'm not sure what the processing times are for Dallas. None of them seem particularly quick!

Hello, I am a newbie here.  I just filed I-130 for my spouse in Hong Kong (we all live here now), and I got the acknoledgement in March 2019.

I have been checking the Visa Bulletin and the Processing Times websites and feel very confused on the differences.  Can someone kindly explain to me the difference of:

A.  FINAL ACTION DATES FOR FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCE CASES and

B.  DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS

under the Visa Bulletin

and also the "Check Processing Case Times"

under this website:

https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Which should I refer to?
