Greetings, all!

I have just created an account today.  I filed I-130 for my mom in June 2019, the received date is June 13, 2019.  We are doing an AOS, also filed an I-131 for her, I hoped that I would receive it by now.

How do you know what center does your case go through?  The USCIS office address on the bottom of notice of action has Lee's Summit, MO address.  What center would I put to check the processing times?

https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/home

Can Texas center really be so much faster than the others?  I also live in Orange County like the lucky senior member Lights.

Not sure if it's different with AOS... I filed the i130 as my parents are currently outside of the US.  I'm not sure how they decide, I must've gotten lucky because I know other centers are not as fast.  I was surprised seeing May applicants get the first round of approvals and still thought I'd get notice in January.  I only know mine is in Texas because of my NOA1.

Hoping yours come quicker!  AOS must be nice though.  My parents will need to do medical and travel across their country (6 hr flight) for their interview.

+ When you get the email about from NVC after uscis transfer your case over to NVC, you can do these things

1. Pay fees

2. Fill in and submit DS260

3. Collect all the required documents and upload. These documents includes:

a. Financial Documents (your IRS transcript 2018, 2017, 2016 AND your I-864 form - you have to fill in, then print out and SIGN then scan to pdf file and upload; and supporting documents like w2 pay stubs, letter from your company, etc.)

b. Civil documents from YOU and YOUR MOM

- From YOU: birth certificate, marriage and divorce certificate,  passport, US naturalization certificate, etc.

- From your MOM: your mom birth certificate, her marriage / divorce certificate, passport, passport photos, police report, etc.

all documents need to be translated to english.

POLICE REPORT : you need to go to state website for clearer instruction relevant to your country

A bit delayed, so you probably have this already.  But the instructions would be for your case going to NVC.  Once you have access to your case number and invoice number, you can go in and complete some additional paperwork + uploading documentations.  Once you do that, you wait another 2 months (or so, so I've been told) for interview to be scheduled.
